An ACTS weekend retreat gives you the opportunity to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ; to renew yourself spiritually, to give new meaning to your prayer life, and to become part of an active, supportive, Roman Catholic faith community. The retreat is hosted by Catholic women, with guidance from a Priest. Women of other faith traditions are welcome to attend and will be invited to participate in all retreat activities with the exception of receiving Holy Communion. Please note, no camera, videos, or firearms are allowed on the retreat grounds. Smoking is only allowed in designed spots in accord with the Spiritual Renewal Center’s Policies.
The retreat, which will be held at the Spiritual Renewal Center, begins at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12th, 2024 at Holy Family Church, and ends Sunday, September 15th after the 11:00 a.m. Mass and reception. Round-trip transportation between Holy Family Church and the Spiritual Renewal Center will be provided.
The cost of the retreat is $175 for accommodations. This price includes round trip transportation and 3 nights’ accommodations and meals at the Spiritual Renewal Center. Financial difficulties should not prevent you from attending. If you are unable to pay the complete fee, please contact the director or a co-director listed below.
Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 3rd with payment. We have a limited number of spaces available, and if we receive more applications than we can accommodate, you will be placed on a waiting list until space comes available for you. We cannot reserve your spot if you have not paid or made other arrangements by September 3rd with no exceptions. You will receive a letter prior to the retreat describing which necessities you should bring with you.
