Online renewal is required every three years for individuals that work with children, youth, and vulnerable adults. 

A few items to note before starting your training: 

1. Your user id to log in is on the letter or email that was sent to you. 

2. If you do not remember your password, just click on forgot password on the   
    log-in page and a link will be sent to the email address you put in the system
    initially. If you do not remember your email, please contact us and we can
    assist you. 

3. Once logged in, a page with your information will appear.  Please update all 
   information as needed.  

4. At the top of the page is the link for the training.  Click on the appropriate one 
    you would like to take - either in English or Spanish. 

5. The first page that will appear is the Code of Conduct page. After reading,   
    please sign by clicking the box at the bottom of the page, and put in today's
    date.

6. The next place it will take you is to the training.  Your assigned training is in
     the box.

7.  Upon completion, please log out.
